Availability and Costs
The Innovation Studios Medway offers both small and large office spaces and storage units.
Prices range from £401 a month for a small office (c. 130 sqft), to £766 a month for a large waterfront office (c. 260 sqft). This includes broadband supply, but excludes electricity and business rates (where applicable).
Storage units start from £328 a month.
